Mike's experience in the technology industry is quite extensive. During his career, he has had the good fortune of serving both as a designer of complex enterprise applications and as a corporate executive. In his previous life, Mike was founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of AssetWorks Inc., now a division of a fortune 500 company and the industry leader in facility management solutions.

Mike enjoys living throughout the Texas Coast and especially on South Padre Island - helping small and start-up businesses serve their customers better through the use of advanced technology, especially his wife's company, Alice Donahue Real Estate.

Mike has a BSEE from Ohio State University and is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas.

Our India operations are headed by Badri Sathyanarayanan. Badri was the chief scientist and man responsible for the development of the software at Assetworks Inc.

Badri is now in charge of building and maintaining the advanced technologies that power 1st Online Realty and also manages our support and technical operations in India.

Badri has over 15 years in the IT industry with extensive experience in managing, designing and developing business applications in web and client-server technologies with relational databases. Worked in the US, Japan & India demonstrating all-round capabilities in the areas of architecture / design, project management, business development and team development with expertise spanning across project as well as product solutions in various domains such as banking, asset management and materials management.
