How to Search MLS 1. Hover the mouse pointer over the word Real Estate on the top part of the website. 2. Once you have it over the word, a menu will appear similar to the one below: 
3. Click on MLS Listings (All) 4. Under the MLS Search Area you will be able to search for a particular MLS number, use the Directory on the left side of the screen or narrow down your search by entering different criteria. |
MLS Number Search: | If you know the specific MLS # you are looking for, simply type it on the area provided and click the Get Button. |

Using the Directory: | The Directory, located on the left side of the page, gives you results for specific Property Types in different Cities simply by clicking on a link. |

Narrowing your Search: | Below is an explanation of each of the different criteria you can use to narrow down the search. |

Category | Refers to what kind of property you are looking for (ex. Commercial, Residential, Multi-Family) | |
City | The city the property is located. | |
Property
Type | More specific than the category (ex. Commercial Lot, Residential Lot) | |
Price | A range of prices you are looking for | |
Beds | The number of Bedrooms | |
Baths | The number of Bathrooms | |
Half Baths | The number of Half Baths | |
Sq. Ft. | The range of square footage desired | |
Keyword | You can add the name of a particular street or complex (ex. Sheraton, Radisson, Padre Boulevard) | |
Page Size | You can customize the number of results shown per page | |
5. Once your criteria has been entered, simply click on Search and you will have access to all the properties that fit your specified criteria! |
