How to use Property Alerts

Property Alerts

  • Adding an Alert:
    1. Click on MLS Listings (All) under the Real Estate tab.
    2. Enter your search criteria and click Search.
    3. Click on the "Create a property alert with this criteria (login required)" checkbox.
    4. Verify the email you want the alerts sent to then click on the word Create.
    5. An email will be then sent to you when a property that falls under your criteria is added.

  • You can also add an alert from your My Properties Page.
    1. Click on My Properties.
    2. Scroll down to the My Property Alerts section.
    3. Click on Add a New Alert.
    4. Enter the criteria and verify your email on the form that appears.
    5. Click the Create button.

  • Deleting an Alert:
    1. Go to My Properties
    2. Scroll to the My Property Alerts section.
    3. Click on the corresponding X on the top right corner of each alert you want to delete.
    4. Once the alert has been deleted you will not receive emails.
