WAV Group, a leading provider of consultative services for the real estate industry, has released the WAV Group Smartphone Satisfaction Survey.
The survey revealed that 78 per cent of real estate professionals who responded to the survey believe their smartphone has made them more responsive to clients, and more than 80 per cent of respondents said smartphones have helped them enhance their personal brand with current and prospective customers.
The survey, comprised of answers from more than 1,600 real estate professionals from across the United States and Canada, gives insight to the type of Realtors that are using smartphones and the benefits they are seeing from increased mobility.
The Smartphone Satisfaction Survey found that two thirds of Realtors purchased their first smartphone within the last 12 months.
